How does the FREE Basic package work?
ListingVUE.com offers a FREE basic package allowing you to place your ads on our website at no charge. These ads will remain active until you decide to cancel the listings.

How does the Premium package work?
With the purchase of a Premium package, you are allowed up to a 20 photo slideshow, your listing will be posted to 10 other websites that are included in this package, and in addition your listing will be featured for 3 months. ListingVUE.com requires a one time payment and your listing will remain active until you decide to cancel the listing.

How does the Ultimate package work?
With the purchase of a Premium package, you are allowed up to a 30 photo slideshow, your listing will be posted to 20 other websites that are included in this package, and in addition your listing will be featured for 3 months. ListingVUE.com requires a one time payment and your listing will remain active until you decide to cancel the listing.

How does the Platinum package work?
With the purchase of a Platinum Package, you are allowed up to a 30 photo slideshow, your listings will be posted to 30 other websites that are included in this package, and in addition, all of your Platinum Package listings will be featured while you are paying for this package. With the purchase of a Platinum Package, each Platinum Package listing will abide by the same rules and regulations stated above. ListingVUE.com will keep all of your Platinum Package listings active on each of the 30 additional websites on a monthly basis and will provide links back to where your listings can be viewed on the 30 other websites.

How do I submit an Listing Feed?
You have the option to submit an XML Listing Feed to ListingVUE.com in order to speed up the process of uploading your listings. Simply create an account, click on MY FEEDS, and click on ADD FEED to get started. You may submit as many feeds as you like, and you may select how frequently ListingVUE.com should update your XML feed. We accept 2 XML feed formats only, and once your XML feed has been uploaded to ListingVUE.com we will notify you via email. Please allow us from one to two weeks, depending on the size of your XML feed, to upload all your listings.

How do I advertise my Company/Services on ListingVUE.com?
ListingVUE.com offers an opportunity to advertise your company or service on our Resource section for a on e time fee and your advertisement will remain active for 1 full year. Simply create an account and click on MY ADS, followed by clicking on CREATE AD and from there you may input information to have displayed on our Resource section under one of the seven categories provided.

What is a ListingVUE.com Profile?
A profile is intended for the use of promoting a professional company or promoting a listing agents' services, therefore only a self image of a listings' agent can be uploaded to the picture section of a profile, and only a company logo can be uploaded to the logo section of the profile. These standards make it possible to accurately display information of a company or listing agent marketing their services.

What is a ListingVUE.com Enhanced Slideshow?
ListingVUE.com's Enhanced Slideshow will surely allow your property to stand out from the rest, this is an enhanced visual compilation of your property photos that will be displayed in the form of a slideshow in higher photo resolution. This Enhanced Slideshow can be purchased separately with any listing package.

How much does ListingVUE.com service cost?
There is a fee for listing properties on ListingVUE.com, fees vary by the selected package, no commission or compensation is required after a property is sold/rented. The only fees applied with ListingVUE.com are those associated with listing packages and any additional services you choose to purchase.

Who shows the property?
If you are a private seller, you will be responsible for showing the property. We believe that nobody knows your property better than yourself. If you are a broker, you will be receiving all the emails and phone calls. You will be responsible for showing the property. After all, it is your commission.

Do I get listed on the MLS?
ListingVUE.com is not a broker and does not act as an exclusive representative of your property. ListingVUE.com does not participate, nor is it affiliated with the MLS in any way, therefore, your property does not get listed on the MLS.

Do I get yard signs?
It is a proven fact that yard signs increase your exposure, therefore a yard sign can be purchased in addition to our packages.

How do I upload listings onto ListingVUE.com?
You simply create an account with ListingVUE.com and in 3, easy to follow steps, your listing is on ListingVUE.com. You will be able to enter all the property specifications and upload photos.

How long will my property list for?
Your property will remain listed until it is sold or rented. Please remember to sign in and cancel your listing as soon as it is sold or rented.

How can I attract more viewers to my listing?
ListingVUE.com offers a featured listing option with the Basic, Premium, and Ultimate packages. With the purchase of a Premium or Platinum Package the featured option is automatically included. Featured listings show up at the top of the search results, based on the search criteria that it falls into, with the letters FEATURED displayed throughout the listing allowing your it to attract more viewers.

How many photos do I get per ad?
You are able to upload up to 10 photos with our basic package. With the Premium package, a total of 20 photos are allowed, and with the Ultimate package a total of 30 photos are allowed. ListingVUE.com does not come out and take photographs of your property. You are responsible for obtaining the photos and uploading them onto our site.

How do I update my listing?
When you sign in into your account, you are able to update photos, description and price of your listing(s).

How do I cancel my listing?
To cancel your listing, you will need to sign in and edit your listing. You may either cancel your listing, update it, or replace it with another one.

Can I track how many people viewed my listing?
Yes. You will be able to see how many times your listing has been viewed, this will allow you to know how much exposure your listing is truly getting.

Do you help price my property?
ListingVUE.com is not responsible for appraising your property.

What are my steps if an offer has been presented for my listing?
ListingVUE.com is nationwide and each state has different regulations and requirements in the closing process. Therefore, it is in your best interest to do as much research on the process. We strongly recommend that you contact an attorney in this matter.

What happens with my listing after it’s sold or rented?
When your property is sold or rented, you will have to sign in to your account and edit your listing to sold or simply cancel the listing. You could also notify us via email that the listing is no longer active.
